To improve Safety & Compliance, Galisbay Port Management have implemented some
immediate changes, effective Thursday, September 4, 2025. To ensure that we remain
compliant with these changes, and to maintain our service standards for our clients,
Instant Shipping Services has also made some adjustments to our Cargo Handling
procedures. The changes are as follows:

Manifest Requirement- All cargo must be included in the vessel’s manifest; this
includes items brought in by crew members. Instant Shipping Services will not be
liable or responsible for ANY item not included on the manifest, or penalties
incurred because of this.

Document Submission Timeline – All required documentation — including
Clearance Papers, Crew List, Passenger List, and Manifests (Cargo and Transit
Cargo Manifests) must be submitted to Instant Shipping Services, at least 48
hours prior to the Vessel’s arrival.

Revised Cargo Pick-Up Schedule – Personal parcel pickups from Vessels will no
longer be permitted on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Pickups for Cargo will now be done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
between the hours of 9 AM – 4:30 PM.

Hucksters will be allowed to pick up on Mondays 9 AM- 4:30 PM, Tuesdays 9
AM – 2 PM, Wednesday 9 AM – 4:30 PM, Thursdays 9 AM – 4:30 PM and
Fridays 9 AM – 2 PM.

Revised Cargo Drop-Off Schedule

Dry Goods drop off are now on: Thursdays & Fridays, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Frozen Goods must be delivered Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 10:00 A

Passengers travelling on Vessels- All passengers traveling on the vessels must
have their Passports and Registration completed by the Friday prior to their
departure. Immigration must be notified in advance to ensure that passengers
are stamped out before leaving on Saturday.

Alcohol Consumption & Crew Conduct- The consumption of alcoholic beverages
on the Port is strictly prohibited. Any Crew member found under the influence will
not be permitted on or given access to the Port. All crew members are reminded
that professional behavior is always expected while on Port property. Any form of
misconduct, disorderly behavior, or non-compliance with Port regulations, may
result in disciplinary action, including denial of shore leave or disembarkation
privileges.

integrity and safety of our operations. We ask that you adhere to the regulations
and promptly inform your Crew Members and Customers accordingly.
