We accept:

  • Hazardous materials compliant with IMDG, IATA, or other applicable regulations
  • Oversized and overweight freight
  • Perishable, chilled, or frozen goods

Special packaging, labeling, documentation, and fees apply. We may refuse cargo that does not meet legal or safety requirements.

6.6 Undeliverable or Unclaimed Cargo

If cargo is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Unclaimed
  • Cannot be delivered due to inaccurate address or missing documentation
